It was founded in 1997 by vocalist Free Dominguez and guitarist/engineer Bruce Somers, and throughout their existence have worked with a revolving door of session musicians and live bandmembers. After releasing two albums, Trickster (1998) and Zerøspace(2002), Kidneythieves went on hiatus in late 2004, but regrouped again in late 2007." - X I first started listening to Kidneythieves a few years ago, when I started getting into metal music, specifically industrial. To this day, they are one of my favorite metal bands. They're perfect to listen to when I'm falling asleep, and their music is so artistically constructed in such an original and satisfying way that I never get tired of their tracks. Super underrated band, and I hope they release again someday in the future.
